Governance includes scheduled data quality audits, role based access for HR and managers, and workflow alignment with onboarding and leave processes administered via the PEO Insperity. The Pingboard implementation supports employee lifecycle activities including new hire surveys, orientation coordination, and cross functional visibility for Talent Acquisition and People operations.
