In 2024, Tondo Fulfillment implemented ShipWise OMS to standardize order workflows and operational tracking within its distribution operations. ShipWise OMS was provisioned to address Order Management needs for the company, with configuration targeted at order orchestration and fulfillment execution at the New Castle, DE site.
Configuration work centered on order tracking, automated printing workflows for packing slips and labels, and structured capture of company data to support daily fulfillment tasks. Functional workflows emphasize order status updates, print automation, and data entry validation to align with the Order Management category and the companys small operations scale.
Integrations were established with Microsoft productivity tools and Google Docs for operational documentation and collaboration, and with Infoplus for operational data exchange and inventory coordination. The deployment used a single-site operational model, with ShipWise OMS interfacing to existing productivity and documentation systems to minimize manual handoffs.
Rollout and operational governance ran from November 2024 to March 2025, with a Logistics Analyst based in New Castle coordinating configuration, testing, and the tracking and printing workflows. Governance included role based access for fulfillment staff and documented procedures captured in Google Docs to support ongoing operations and handover.
