The InfoBill Suite deployment consolidated convergent telecom billing and customer care capabilities to support rating, invoicing and subscriber account management across multiple service types, based on the announcement and product positioning. Configuration work emphasized convergent rating engines, recurring invoice generation, invoice formatting and customer care workflows to handle adjustments and payment processing.
Operational scope covered TCC's billing and customer service functions for fixed-line, mobile and ISP lines of business, supporting end-to-end subscription lifecycle activities from usage capture through invoice delivery.
