During the proof of concept Yellow Pages exercised GoSecure Titan Platform AAP and EDR capabilities, then added the platform's EDR and mitigation services after a successful POC to speed detection and remediation. The implementation emphasized continuous endpoint monitoring, alert triage, and automated mitigation workflows embedded in the GoSecure Titan Platform. Operational scope was limited to an IT/security engagement in Canada and focused on improving endpoint oversight across the organization. The proof of concept produced explicit operational outcomes, with POC incidents resolved in under 20 minutes and an overall reduction in detection-to-response time, demonstrating the GoSecure Titan Platform Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) impact on endpoint visibility. Governance followed a staged proof-of-concept to service adoption model, moving from POC validation to active EDR and mitigation service provisioning across monitored endpoints. The rollout strengthened endpoint oversight and incident remediation processes by formalizing detection and response workflows within the GoSecure Titan Platform environment. |
