In 2019, Toot Traffic deployed Traffio Payroll to modernise booking and scheduling, introduce digital dockets, and enable payroll and invoicing integration across Victoria and South Australia. The implementation centered on the Payroll category application Traffio Payroll and targeted field operations, scheduling teams, and back office finance and payroll functions.
Configuration work emphasized booking and scheduling modules, digital docket capture for driver activity and time capture, and an invoicing interface that feeds payroll and accounts receivable workflows. Automation of scheduling and docketing reduced manual paperwork and streamlined the chain from field data capture to payroll processing, supporting standard payroll reconciliation and timesheet validation workflows.
Integrations established during the rollout linked Traffio Payroll with invoicing and payroll processes, centralising transactional data for payroll processing and finance operations. The deployment covered operations in Victoria and South Australia, and process changes included using digital dockets as the primary source for payroll inputs and scheduling triggers, with the vendor case study reporting invoicing administration time reduced by about 75 percent and scheduling now taking minutes, streamlining payroll and finance processes for the business.
