The configuration uses core DocuSign eSignature functionality common to digital signing deployments, including embedded signing flows, reusable document templates, recipient routing and an auditable envelope history to standardize signature capture. Configuration work focused on templating for recurring contract types and configuring recipient sequencing and authentication options to align signing flows with corporate approval workflows.
Integration work was concentrated on the corporate website, embedding DocuSign eSignature frames and signing endpoints into customer portals and public contract pages to create in situ signing experiences.
