Oracle NetSuite ERP was instrumented to support long range financial models and scenario analysis, enabling structured P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning aligned to the companys strategic initiatives.
Data migration and operational integrations centered on moving historical and current financial data from Xero into NetSuite and aligning month end close, audit trails, and compliance workflows with the Corporate Controller and external audit requirements. The deployment supported recurring processes used by the CFO, Corporate Controller, finance leadership, and the Board, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles and treasury and cash planning activities.
