The deployment supported recurring processes used by the CFO, Corporate Controller, finance leadership, and the Board, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting cycles and treasury and cash planning activities. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, with a mandate to build an annual budgeting process that enforces ownership by profit and cost center managers and to institutionalize rigorous forecast to budget comparisons. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis role was positioned to partner with executive leadership, leverage Oracle NetSuite ERP capabilities for FP&A, drive financial modeling and ad hoc decision support, and lead finance team development while embedding new reporting and control workflows into the finance organization.
