In 2017, TPC Group implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial backbone. The financials environment included Oracle Cloud/Fusion Applications and Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and supported finance, procurement, manufacturing, order-to-cash and project accounting functions across the company headquartered in the United States.
The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment included core modules for SCM, OTC, Financials, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, AME, iSupplier and iProcurement, with Oracle Cloud ERP configured as the central ledger and transactional engine. Configuration work addressed Oracle setups and receiving and invoice matching logic, and the SLA engine was configured to split amounts between multiple accounts at receiving, preserving accounting granularity for inventory and goods receipt events.
Integrations and extension work included integrating an auto-ship confirm from third party shipping software into Oracle, re-implementing iProcurement, and customizing the iSupplier portal to support supplier interactions. Purchase requisition approval workflow was customized to use an alternate hierarchy to reflect company approval matrices, and AME Approvals were implemented for Project Accounting to enforce project-level authorization.
Process and governance changes focused on re-engineering procure-to-pay business processes for best practices and efficiency, updating Oracle workflow and approval configurations, and training end users across finance, procurement, accounts payable, supply chain and project controls. The project emphasized system-side configuration, workflow customization and user enablement while maintaining coexistence with the wider Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS 12.1.3 financial environment.

In 2020, TPC Group implemented UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) as its Core HR application. The deployment covered UKG Pro Suite, UKG Pro Learning, UKG Pro WFM, and UKG HR Service Delivery and was operationalized under the companys HRIS and Data Analysis leadership.
Configuration work focused on Core HR workflows, including automated Onboarding features, learning management, workforce management scheduling, and HR service delivery case management. The HRIS team developed customized and ad hoc reporting capabilities for senior leadership, established KPIs for HRIS performance, and completed version upgrades to maintain regulatory compliance and enhance system security.
Integrations were managed into the organizations existing HR infrastructure with oversight of payroll, benefits, compensation, and talent management touch points, aligning HR operations and payroll processes. Operational coverage emphasized HR, payroll, and talent functions across the company, with reporting and analytics feeding executive stakeholders and business teams for ongoing decision support.
Governance and process changes included a documented audit cadence for data quality and integrity, implementation of data privacy measures to support GDPR compliance, and a program of analyst mentoring to build internal configuration and reporting expertise. The implementation also delivered measurable process outcomes that were recorded, notably a 25% reduction in onboarding processing time through automated workflows, and ongoing efforts to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.

In 2017, TPC Group deployed Emerson Asset Management as an Asset Performance Management solution to strengthen valve reliability across its manufacturing operations. The deployment centered on device-level asset management to support the reliability team and field technicians in detecting small failures before they escalated.
TPC Group used AMS Device Manager together with the AMS ValveLink SNAP-ON application to change its approach to reliability. The implementation configured remote clients on anti-surge valves, removing the need to pull those valves into the shop for scheduled maintenance and establishing a baseline of all installed valves to accelerate in-field diagnostics. Emerson Asset Management was the central repository for device baselines and diagnostics, enabling quicker isolation of abnormal valve behavior.
Operational coverage focused on control valves and anti-surge valve assemblies, with the reliability team and technicians using remote diagnostics to monitor valve condition. AMS Device Manager flagged a bypass control on a blower that was stuck open at 52 percent, a misconfiguration that had persisted for six weeks and was costing the company tens of thousands of dollars. The remote monitoring configuration enabled identification and repair of that valve issue without a shop pull.
Governance and process changes included supplementing the existing mechanical integrity program for critical control valves with continuous remote monitoring and device baselines, and eliminating a $100,00 maintenance program by relying on condition-based management. The implementation prioritized device-level diagnostics, technician workflows for field remediation, and rapid fault identification using Emerson Asset Management.
