In 2011 Trans Fashion Indonesia implemented Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management as the core Enterprise Asset Management solution for the organization. The Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management deployment was positioned within the broader PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management 9.2 footprint to support fixed asset accounting and lifecycle control.
The implementation concentrated on the Asset Management functional area, alongside configured finance modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable and General Ledger as part of an integrated PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 environment. Configuration work included asset master setup, capitalization and depreciation processing, and standard asset lifecycle workflows consistent with Enterprise Asset Management best practices.
Operational scope covered finance, procurement and fixed asset accounting teams, with the project team coordinating across related divisions to align asset processes with monthly and yearly financial close activities. Day to day system stewardship included PS FSCM 9.2 setup and configuration, system troubleshooting, issue tracking, resolution and documentation to support ongoing asset accounting and procurement interactions.
Governance and rollout responsibilities were executed through finance systems project participation, with maintain-and-operate activities focused on closing support and documentation of solved issues. Oracle PeopleSoft Asset Management was maintained as the authoritative asset control and accounting layer within Trans Fashion Indonesia’s finance and procurement operational model.
