In 2019, Trans Mountain implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its core ERP Financial application. The engagement began in November 2019 with onsite functional leadership support in Calgary, Alberta, focused on configuring the system to support corporate finance functions across the organization.
The deployment concentrated on Finance and related modules, specifically Finance, Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Procurement and sourcing, Project management and accounting, and Workflow. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation included detailed functional configuration, workflow design for approval processes, and role-based security design and build to align system entitlements with finance and procurement responsibilities.
Operational coverage targeted finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and project accounting teams, with the senior functional consultant providing ongoing support for reporting and data mining requirements. Reporting and data mining workstreams were scoped to enable finance and project accounting analysts to extract transactional and project cost data for operational controls and internal reporting.
Governance work included designing new security roles for D365 to enforce segregation of duties and configuring workflow engines to formalize approval chains within procurement and financial close processes. A Senior Lead Functional Consultant for D365 F&O led the functional consulting activities, security role development, workflow configuration, and reporting support from November 2019 onward.

| Cisco Systems | Legacy | Cisco Webex Meetings | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Trans Mountain deployed Cisco Webex Meetings in a web-facing configuration. Cisco Webex Meetings is used on Trans Mountain's website to deliver Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities, providing browser-based meeting join links for external stakeholders while supporting scheduled conferencing for internal teams. This implementation links the company name, Cisco Webex Meetings, and the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category to collaboration and stakeholder engagement use cases.
The deployment leverages standard Cisco Webex Meetings functional modules including real-time video and audio conferencing, screen sharing, meeting recording and playback, participant controls and browser-based join functionality, consistent with Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities. By surfacing meeting access on the public site, the configuration supports external meeting orchestration alongside internal collaboration workflows used by corporate and project delivery teams in a professional services context. Governance appears to be centered on centralized Webex accounts and site-level embedding to manage meeting access and scheduling across the organization, aligning the Trans Mountain Cisco Webex Meetings implementation with enterprise collaboration and stakeholder communication processes.
