| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics AX | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015 Transdev Australia implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX as its ERP Financial application to operationalize payroll and core finance workflows across its Queensland operations. The implementation covered payroll services for Transdev Queensland Bus and Transdev Brisbane Ferries, supporting weekly and salary payroll for more than 400 employees and handling concurrent two weekly end to end pays for two legal entities including Single Touch Payroll reporting.
Microsoft Dynamics AX was used to manage payroll processing and financial administration functions, including preparation and processing of individual contract and enterprise agreement payrolls, superannuation calculations, PAYG withholding, payroll tax and Workcover calculations. The deployment supported production of payroll costing reports, reconciliations, pay advices and electronic funds transfer preparation, positioning Dynamics AX as the central ERP Financial engine for accounts administration and accountant support.
The Dynamics AX environment integrated with existing operational systems explicitly cited in payroll operations, including VDS Rostering Solutions, SAGE Micropay, WFS Emplive and Attaché, and it supplied payroll data to external agencies such as the Department of Human Services, Work Cover authorities and superannuation funds. These integrations enabled end to end payroll flows from rostering through to statutory reporting and external agency compliance, aligning payroll and financial ledgers within the ERP Financial footprint.
Operational governance emphasized regular reconciliation and dissemination workflows, with payroll officers responsible for end of pay reporting, PAYG summaries and responding to employee payroll enquiries. The implementation anchored finance and payroll process ownership within Accounts Administration and supported coordinated reporting across the two operating entities, while retaining direct operational links to rostering and external compliance endpoints.

| PageUp | Legacy | PageUp ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Transdev Australia implemented PageUp ATS as its Applicant Tracking System. PageUp ATS is used on their website to operate the public careers portal and capture candidate applications, supporting the companys talent acquisition and HR recruitment workflows across its Australian operations.
The deployment is centered on a career-site integrated Applicant Tracking System architecture, delivering standard ATS capabilities such as job posting and requisition management, candidate profile and resume parsing, configurable screening workflows, interview scheduling, and offer tracking. The implementation surfaces recruiter and hiring manager interfaces for applicant review and structured approvals, and it routes candidate submissions from the public website into PageUp ATS for downstream HR processing. Governance is organized around HR and hiring manager workflows, with configuration focused on role-based access and recruitment process orchestration rather than system-level customization.

| IBM | Legacy | IBM Maximo | Enterprise Asset Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Transdev Australia implemented IBM Maximo for Enterprise Asset Management across its Transdev Maintenance Services operations, with initial focus on Sydney Light Rail and ferry maintenance. The deployment emphasized civil infrastructure maintenance and facilities management, supporting asset lifecycle management, subcontractor coordination, and work order administration for maintenance teams.
Configuration activities included establishment of an Asset Register for civil infrastructure assets and a product breakdown structure aligned to transport standards, and the development and configuration of Civil Infrastructure Technical Maintenance Plans inside IBM Maximo. Maximo workflows were configured for maintenance plans, work order completion audits, change request handling, and reporting, and rail asset information was uploaded and organized within the enterprise asset management platform.
Data management and integrations involved administration of the asset information system in parallel with SAP, Infor, and AX, and transitioning supplier records into Rapid Global for supplier management and auditing. Operational coverage extended to Maintenance Administrators, project managers, operations reporting functions, procurement activities such as purchase order creation and invoice matching, and corrective action monitoring for NSW Transport compliance.
Governance and process transformation included technical leadership for TMP development, configuring Maximo workflow and dashboard reporting, and establishing KPI performance reporting and change control processes. Explicit outcomes documented by the project include the asset register setup for civil infrastructure, configured maintenance processes and uploaded rail asset data in IBM Maximo, collaborative analysis and dashboard reporting for maintenance applications, and successful supplier management and auditing transitions.
