Operationally the engagement covered the Bangkok Transferz team and the newly formed Thai entity, with ongoing coordination between TMF Group teams in Bangkok and Amsterdam to manage cross‑jurisdictional administrative tasks and cultural or language friction. Payroll workstreams were integrated operationally with TMF delivered accounting and tax and with global entity management processes to maintain synchronized financial and compliance records. Governance centered on a vendor managed model where TMF Group assumed responsibility for payroll execution and statutory compliance, supported by regular communication channels and a rapid onboarding cadence. Transferz leadership cited the global presence and multilingual coordination as enabling factors, noting that TMF Group made the international expansion process easier and helped avoid the language and cultural barriers that would have been challenging with a local provider.
