Sage Legacy Sage Snowdrops HR Core HR HCM n/a 2011 2011
In 2011 TransLink implemented Sage Snowdrops HR, a Core HR application, to centralize workforce and regulatory records for its driver and depot operations. The deployment targeted operational HR functions that support allocation of vehicles and duties to drivers, drivers timecards and allocation of overtime, and maintenance of EU drivers rules and NI domestic drivers regulations and working time directive records. The Sage Snowdrops HR implementation was configured to support driver rostering and duty rotas, time and attendance capture, absence and return to work workflows, and structured overtime allocation. Configuration also captured operational checks and inspections including vehicle and depot cleaning checks, fleet condition checks and reports, and staff attendance and sickness records to maintain auditable personnel files. Operational integrations and data workflows were organized around transportation-specific inputs, including digital tachograph downloading and CCTV evidence flows, and linkage to TSMIS accident and incident reporting for case management and investigation. The solution supported day to day liaison between HR, operations and engineering teams for defect follow up, and enabled record keeping for ticket checks, passenger census activities, road checks, and enquiries handled in person, by telephone and email. Governance was reinforced through formalized records and workflows in Sage Snowdrops HR that underpin return to work interviews, complaint handling in accordance with the customer charter, and audit-ready retention of working time directive and drivers compliance data. The implementation emphasized centralized auditable records and operational workflows across depots, drivers and engineering interfaces to support regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
