| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, TransMontaigne deployed Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The company’s public website references Microsoft 365, indicating the vendor’s cloud productivity suite is in active use for corporate communications and external contact flows. TransMontaigne is a mid market operator with roughly 600 employees, so the Microsoft 365 footprint represents an organization wide collaboration and productivity baseline across corporate functions.
The Microsoft 365 implementation centers on core Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online for enterprise email, Microsoft Teams for messaging and meetings, SharePoint and OneDrive for document storage and intranet content, and Azure Active Directory for identity and access management. Configuration and tenant provisioning focus on mailbox and site provisioning, Teams policy configuration, user and group management, and native compliance and information governance controls aligned to Collaboration use cases. Operational coverage emphasizes corporate communications, operations, and knowledge management, with centralized tenant administration and governance processes to manage access, data lifecycle, and collaboration policies.

| Tungsten Automation | Legacy | Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices (formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices) | Intelligent Document Processing | Content Management | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 TransMontaigne deployed Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices (formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices) as its Intelligent Document Processing solution to centralize Accounts Payable intake and processing. The implementation established a single supplier submission channel into the central AP office in Atlanta, enabling immediate front-end data capture and automated image to data extraction for invoice indexing and validation.
Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices was configured to provide capture, validation, automatic coding and workflow routing, and approvals that operate inside the company SAP environment. The solution used SAP-certified back-end integration to post coded invoices and approval decisions directly into SAP, and the familiar SAP-style interface accelerated user adoption among AP processors.
Operational coverage centralized invoice handling that had previously traversed local terminals, operations in Atlanta and the AP department in Denver, bringing visibility to AP, operations, vendor management and finance leadership. The deployment supported high-volume processing of roughly 56,000 invoices per year and accelerated 1099 form processing, shifting transaction control into a single system of record and expanded reporting across the enterprise.
Governance and process changes included centralized intake, automated routing rules for coding and approvals inside SAP, and role-aligned access for AP processors and managers. Within six months Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices helped TransMontaigne reduce invoice cycle time from 32 days to fewer than seven, lower average cost per transaction from $30 to less than $7, cut duplicate payments by 90 percent, reduce monthly accruals by $1 million, and compress 1099 processing from 15 days to two, while giving management near real-time visibility into liabilities and cash position.

| Imperva | Legacy | Imperva CDN | Content Delivery Network | IaaS | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 TransMontaigne deployed Imperva CDN to accelerate and protect its corporate website. The implementation positions Imperva CDN as the Content Delivery Network for TransMontaigne's public web properties, providing edge delivery, caching and edge-based security for site assets and static content.
The configuration uses standard CDN capabilities including edge caching with cache-control policy enforcement, TLS offload and certificate management at the edge, HTTP performance features, and origin pull configuration to TransMontaigne's web origin. Imperva CDN is operated through its control plane to manage cache invalidation, delivery rules and content routing, and these controls are integrated into the website build and publishing workflows.
Operationally the CDN is placed in front of TransMontaigne's website and integrated into DNS and origin settings so that web traffic is routed to Imperva edge nodes while origin servers handle cache misses. Governance and operational ownership reside with the digital and IT teams, who manage caching policies, certificate lifecycle and access controls, and who executed the rollout through staged DNS cutover and incremental cache policy deployment.
