In 2021, Trasti implemented ProService Finteco Flexiblocks as its Insurance Policy Administration platform to launch a new insurer in Poland. The deployment supported Trasti's market entry in March 2021 with a motor third party liability product and met a strict six month go live window while minimizing upfront infrastructure investment.
The ProService Finteco Flexiblocks implementation delivered a unified transactional policy administration and client communication stack, including the proprietary FlexiBlocks back end, a dedicated client-facing front end, and the Case Pro computation engine for pricing and quote calculations. Functional scope covered quote calculation, policy issuance, claims handling and after sales workflows, implemented as cloud native modules with containerization to enable independent scaling of sales and policy processing components.
Architecturally the solution was provisioned in the Microsoft Azure cloud using a combination of PaaS and IaaS services, containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, and multi level caching to reduce load on the data layer. An API based integration layer connected the platform to comparison engines rankomat.pl and mubi.pl and to external services including UFG, CEPiK and BrokerUFG, with active monitoring of those endpoints to maintain stable response times.
Operational rollout was completed in six months, the implementation returning pricing responses to comparison engines in about 3 seconds, and processing roughly 607,000 quote calculations in May 2021 with daily peaks around 27,000 calculations. The system was delivered as an integrated insurer platform available as a service in Azure, and planned next steps included onboarding agency channels via ISI integration and building a direct sales portal for end customers.
The implementation supports Trasti's partnerships with Zavarovalnica Triglav and Swiss Re and represents the first commercial FlexiBlocks cloud deployment in Poland, enabling scalable, channel diversified distribution across online comparison sites and agency networks. External service monitoring and containerized scaling were applied to keep response times stable during traffic peaks.
