In 2010 Trespass implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX to address core financial management needs. After comparing many options the management team selected Microsoft Dynamics AX for its ease of use, functionality and flexibility to match their growth with their business plan, mapping directly to ERP Financial requirements.
Integrys Solutions was retained to deliver the implementation, chosen for years of industry experience and a strong local presence. Integrys Solutions configured Microsoft Dynamics AX modules for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and statutory reporting, and tailored workflows to support retail finance and back office processes.
The project migrated transactional financial data from IBM AS/400 into Microsoft Dynamics AX and established configuration, testing and user training as core delivery milestones. Governance changes included establishing operational ownership within the Trespass finance organization and standardizing financial workflows and reporting processes to align with the new ERP Financial platform.

In 2014, Trespass deployed Eurostop EPOS for its Retail division. The implementation used a Microsoft based best of breed retail apparel solution from Eurostop, a UK company, with Eurostop EPOS designated as the Point Of Sale application for store transactions and checkout operations.
Eurostop EPOS was configured to provide core Point Of Sale capabilities including transaction processing, payment capture, barcode scanning, price and promotion management, store returns, and apparel specific inventory handling such as size and color matrix support. Configuration work focused on store terminal provisioning, cashier workflows, and catalog and SKU modeling aligned to apparel merchandising. Operational modules implemented reflected retail checkout, refunds, transaction auditing, and store level inventory controls.
Architecturally the solution was implemented on a Microsoft based retail infrastructure, with centralized configuration controls for the Retail division and store level POS terminals executing point of sale operations. The deployment model supported centralized management of pricing, promotions, and product catalogs while enabling store specific operational configuration. Governance emphasized central catalog and pricing control together with store level operational procedures for tills and returns.

| Visa | Legacy | Visa CardinalCommerce | eCommerce Fraud Protection | eCommerce | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Trespass implemented Visa CardinalCommerce on its public e-commerce site. Visa CardinalCommerce is deployed as eCommerce Fraud Protection to manage authentication and payment validation during checkout for Trespass online transactions in the United Kingdom.
The deployment is integrated directly into the trespass.com checkout flow, combining client-side authentication widgets with server-side API calls to CardinalCommerce to orchestrate 3D Secure authentication flows and challenge routing. The implementation sits in the payments execution path and interfaces with the merchant's payment authorization sequence to surface frictionless or challenge interactions as required by issuer responses.
Functional capabilities deployed include 3D Secure cardholder authentication, challenge orchestration, and session-aware authorization handoffs, aligned to eCommerce Fraud Protection goals. Operational scope centers on the eCommerce storefront, payments operations, fraud control, and the IT team responsible for checkout stability and authentication orchestration.
Governance and workflow changes were scoped around authentication decisioning and escalation, embedding checkpoints into checkout such that challenged transactions follow defined challenge and verification workflows, and telemetry from CardinalCommerce is routed to payments and fraud teams for operational monitoring and tuning.
