In 2012, Trican Well Service implemented Enverus Workbench to centralize AP Automation workflows for its oilfield billing and collections operations. The deployment targeted high volume customer invoice processing and enforcement of approval authorities across defined authorization limits.
Enverus Workbench was configured to support invoice capture and manual invoice entry, matched purchase orders and work orders to invoices, and to drive customer ledger reconciliation with a formal discrepancy resolution workflow. Core functional capabilities included multi level approval workflows with authorization limit enforcement, aged receivables analysis with structured follow up procedures, and an audit query tracking capability to liaise with auditors.
The implementation ingested field ticket submission streams from CORTEX, OpenInvoice, Ariba, TRIS and Actian into Enverus Workbench for source validation and matching prior to posting. Operational processes were established to coordinate with accounts payable for validation of third party charge reimbursement from customers before vendor payment, and cheque collection plus deposit record management was integrated into the application flow.
