In 2024, Trilogy Freight implemented Nvolve as its Learning and Development platform to remove paper based processes for training, standard operating procedures and eSignatures across its UK operations. The Nvolve application was provisioned as the company LMS to centralize training records, SOP distribution and digital signature capture, improving compliance tracking and enabling the business to evidence training to insurers.
Deployment focused on configuring Nvolve's LMS features for course delivery, competency tracking, SOP version control and eSignature workflows, with role based access aligned to operations, health and safety and compliance teams. The rollout moved the company from paper based workflows to digital audit trails and included governance changes such as centralized training ownership and retention policies enforced through the platform. Trilogy reported an insurance premium reduction of approximately 24 to 25 percent, equivalent to about £17,000, following improved digital compliance evidence after the implementation.
