ADP Legacy ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2011 2011
In 2011 TriMas implemented ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) as its Time and Attendance solution to centralize timekeeping and payroll intake. The deployment supported timely and accurate processing of multi-state company payrolls on various pay cycles for hourly union, non-union and exempt employees numbering over 5000, and consolidated time capture from multiple locations into corporate processing. The implementation included configuration of ADP Enterprise eTIME timecard capture and CSV upload processes, with CSV files created to upload time card files into the system. Operational responsibilities documented in the environment included maintenance of employee records, administration of payroll deductions for garnishments, student loans, tax levies and child support enforcement orders, and management of taxable adjustments such as vehicle usage, moving expenses and tuition reimbursement. Operational coverage extended across multi-company and multi-state payroll cycles including expatriate payroll considerations, and included reconciliation of payroll related accounts, federal state and local taxes on weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end cadences to ensure W2 accuracy. The team supported routine and nonroutine requests from US Government tax agencies and compiled and updated tax identification numbers and tax rates as necessary. Governance and process controls were established through centralized processing, creation of written documentation and online visual training videos, and periodic training and support delivered to multiple locations on a monthly and quarterly basis. Resident expertise on ADP Enterprise software was maintained to continuously review and update payroll processes, balance and process payroll reports for compliance with federal and state laws, and to resolve tax issues and ensure accuracy across payroll operations.

Infor Legacy Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 TriMas implemented Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) as its Manufacturing ERP to centralize transactional processing across manufacturing and related business functions. The implementation positioned Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) as the core Manufacturing ERP platform supporting production planning and material requirements planning workflows from order entry through shop floor execution. Configuration centered on standard Manufacturing ERP modules including MRP, bills of material and routings, production scheduling, inventory control, purchasing, and quality management, with financials and order management maintained inside the same application footprint. The environment was configured to support transactional interfacing with shop-floor systems and supplier exchanges, emphasizing integrated inventory transactions and production order lifecycle management. Governance established centralized master data stewardship and standardized change control for item structures and routing updates, while rollout practices emphasized phased module activation and process training to align plant operations and corporate finance on common ERP workflows. Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) served as the authoritative Manufacturing ERP instance for TriMas operational and transactional processing.
