Veriforce Legacy Veriforce OQ Compliance Management HR Compliance HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Trinity Energy Services deployed Veriforce OQ Compliance Management as an HR Compliance solution to centralize operator qualification and safety training workflows. The implementation supported OQ administration, employee orientation, field safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and weekly safety meetings that were coordinated for project crews on pipeline assignments including Mariner East II in Pennsylvania and MVP in West Virginia. Veriforce OQ Compliance Management was configured to manage OQ assessments, training record management, confined space and excavation competency tracking, defensive driving and other mandatory certifications, and to produce OQ reports for compliance documentation. The application supported trainer workflows and document generation for instructor led and recorded training, and it was used to administer a company safety incentive program and training presentation materials. Operational workflows included entering employee qualification and contact records into ISN alongside Veriforce OQ Compliance Management reporting, and coordinators routinely printed OQ reports for site compliance checks. The deployment covered safety and OQ coordinators, HR and training functions, and field teams across US project sites, with day to day operational oversight provided by on site safety personnel. Governance and process rework accompanied the rollout, with Trinity Energy Services using the system to formalize written safety procedures, coordinate worker compensation claims and injury mitigation, and standardize weekly safety meetings and incident reporting. These documented changes were used to help prevent lost time incidents and to control medical billing according to internal safety and claims notes.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Azure Cloud Services Application Hosting and Computing Services IaaS n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, Trinity Energy Services implemented Microsoft Azure Cloud Services to provide Application Hosting and Computing Services for its public website and customer-facing application components. The deployment used Microsoft Azure Cloud Services as the primary hosting platform for web workloads and static asset delivery. Architecturally the implementation centralized external web hosting on platform-managed compute and storage, separating web front-end delivery from backend content storage. Standard hosting capabilities used include platform autoscaling, managed SSL termination, and load distribution for web traffic. Monitoring and platform-level logging were instrumented to support operations. Functional capabilities provisioned through Microsoft Azure Cloud Services focused on web application runtime, static content hosting, backup and snapshot storage, and continuous deployment pipelines for site updates. Identity and access controls were applied to restrict deployment and administrative functions to the internal IT team. The implementation explicitly integrates Microsoft Azure Cloud Services with Trinity Energy Services website hosting and content delivery. Operational scope covered customer-facing digital presence for the United States headquartered firm, with platform management aligned to a mid-market IT team supporting marketing and operations. Governance centered on cloud access controls and deployment workflows to standardize website releases.
