| Veriforce | Legacy | Veriforce OQ Compliance Management | HR Compliance | HCM | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Trinity Energy Services deployed Veriforce OQ Compliance Management as an HR Compliance solution to centralize operator qualification and safety training workflows. The implementation supported OQ administration, employee orientation, field safety audits, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and weekly safety meetings that were coordinated for project crews on pipeline assignments including Mariner East II in Pennsylvania and MVP in West Virginia. Veriforce OQ Compliance Management was configured to manage OQ assessments, training record management, confined space and excavation competency tracking, defensive driving and other mandatory certifications, and to produce OQ reports for compliance documentation. The application supported trainer workflows and document generation for instructor led and recorded training, and it was used to administer a company safety incentive program and training presentation materials. Operational workflows included entering employee qualification and contact records into ISN alongside Veriforce OQ Compliance Management reporting, and coordinators routinely printed OQ reports for site compliance checks. The deployment covered safety and OQ coordinators, HR and training functions, and field teams across US project sites, with day to day operational oversight provided by on site safety personnel. Governance and process rework accompanied the rollout, with Trinity Energy Services using the system to formalize written safety procedures, coordinate worker compensation claims and injury mitigation, and standardize weekly safety meetings and incident reporting. These documented changes were used to help prevent lost time incidents and to control medical billing according to internal safety and claims notes. |
