Administration responsibilities and claim review workflows were executed by internal finance teams. Governance focused on role based approval workflows, receipt compliance checks and administrator led claim review to maintain controls over expense processing. The configuration and operational model aligned Emburse Enterprise with existing finance processes to standardize expense submission, review and cashier support across the firm.

Integration patterns were explicitly implemented with third party providers listed in Appendix 1, including ADP for payroll handoffs, Cascade as the online HR system, Vero Screening for pre-employment background checks, Health Management and Nuffield Health for occupational and pre-employment health checks, The Holst Group and The McQuaig Institute and Kenexa IBM and McQuaig for interview assessments and psychometric testing, VinciWorks for online training and CPD records, Survey Monkey for candidate surveys and feedback, and benefits and insurance providers Vitality, Cigna, Zurich, Aviva and Punter Southall for private medical, life assurance and pensions workflows. These integrations were implemented to automate onboarding prerequisites and to orchestrate external vendor driven screening, assessment, health and benefits validations. Operationally the project impacted HR and recruitment teams, embedding Applicant Tracking System driven workflows into hiring, screening and onboarding processes across the firm. Governance focused on role based access, data handoff rules to payroll and benefits vendors, and standardization of assessment and screening checkpoints within the Applicant Tracking System. Training and process documentation accompanied the rollout to align recruiting teams and to operationalize the integrated vendor ecosystem.
