Parallel runs validated data exchanges between ePersonality Payroll and the tax engine, and preserved Vertex Tax as a baseline during the verification phase. Testing covered withholding computations and end of cycle reporting reconciliation.
Operational handover emphasized knowledge transfer and governance, internal staff self taught the ePersonality Payroll system and both Vertex Tax and Symmetry Tax Engine, the Tax manager received formal training on Symmetry Tax Engine, and new tax procedures were documented. Documentation captured configuration settings, testing scripts, and step by step procedures for future tax updates and controls, establishing procedural governance for ongoing Payroll Tax Compliance.
