In 2017, Tupras implemented FIS Integrated Payables as its AP Automation platform to centralize accounts payable processing and align payables workflows with Group treasury standards. The deployment was positioned to standardize invoice-to-pay processes across corporate finance and treasury teams, bringing the application name FIS Integrated Payables into core finance operations.
FIS Integrated Payables was configured to support automated invoice capture and validation, multi-step approval workflows, exception handling, scheduled payment runs and payment file generation, reflecting standard AP Automation functional modules. Configuration work emphasized vendor master controls, segregation of duties in approval routing and parameterization for multiple payment rails consistent with the application’s accounts payable orchestration capabilities.
Operational coverage included corporate finance, accounts payable and treasury functions based in Istanbul and wider Tupras finance operations, with alignment to existing treasury practices. The Treasury Manager at Tupras concurrently led implementations of treasury systems including TMS integrity, FX platforms and Bloomberg RFQ, and the AP Automation deployment was organized to operate alongside these treasury controls and bank relationship management processes.
Governance and process changes focused on enforcing Group treasury standards, updating payables policies and instituting continuous improvement routines for payables controls and bank interaction. Rollout emphasized finance process standardization, vendor onboarding discipline and centralized oversight for payment execution through FIS Integrated Payables.

In 2020, Tupras implemented Cenosco IMS. The Cenosco IMS deployment is an Asset Performance Management solution used to keep people safe and equipment functioning at optimal levels across Tupras operations.
Implementation centered on Cenosco's SIFpro module to instrument safety instrumented functions, permitting the company to track thousands of SIFs across its four sites. SIFpro was configured to optimize intervals between maintenance tasks, supporting maintenance planning and reliability engineering workflows. The environment also provides instant, detailed reports on safety and reliability for operational and engineering teams.
The deployment incorporated exclusive failure-rate data provided by Shell to inform probability of failure inputs and risk assessments within Cenosco IMS. Operational coverage extended across four refinery sites, impacting safety, maintenance, reliability and engineering groups. Data flows were organized to support centralized reporting and per-site operational visibility.
Governance and process changes focused on formalizing SIF tracking and maintenance interval decisioning within existing reliability and safety review processes. Outcomes include the ability to track thousands of SIFs and to optimize maintenance intervals enabling both time and cost efficiencies.

In 2021, Tupras deployed Cisco Webex Meetings. The deployment exposed Cisco Webex Meetings on the corporate website to provide browser-based audio and video conferencing for external and internal participants.
Cisco Webex Meetings, in the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category, delivers standard meeting capabilities such as video conferencing, screen sharing, recording, and host participant controls. The implementation is website-embedded to allow direct meeting access from public-facing pages and follows a cloud-delivered meeting client architecture typical of enterprise audio video and web conferencing solutions.
Operational delivery is website-centric, with meeting sessions initiated from the site and managed through the Webex client, aligning with standard audio video and web conferencing workflows. Governance and administration are likely centralized under IT for host account provisioning, meeting policies, and access controls consistent with enterprise collaboration governance practices.
