In 2022 Turku Science Park implemented Skillhive as a Learning and Development solution to gather multi-dimensional visibility of its network's competencies and to align skills data with strategic development priorities for HR and learning in Finland. The implementation focused on centralizing skill data across the Turku Science Park network, enabling HR and learning teams to access consistent competency profiles and inform development planning.
