In 2021, Tutu Russia implemented Cleverence Asset Management to automate fixed asset inventory and internal transfer processes. The deployment used the Enterprise Asset Management application Cleverence Asset Management and targeted office asset tracking across the company’s Russian sites.
The implementation configured Cleverence Учёт имущества with RFID tagging and handheld readers, establishing automated inventory cycles, asset register updates, and transfer recording. Implemented functional capabilities included RFID-based scanning, handheld-driven stocktake workflows, internal transfer processing, and automated reconciliation between physical counts and the asset register.
The project included an explicit integration between Cleverence Asset Management and 1C for synchronization of accounting records, and the system integrator First BIT delivered the integration work and rollout support. Operational coverage addressed thousands of office assets and regular office asset counts, affecting asset accounting and facilities operations.
Governance and process changes introduced audit trail instrumentation, standardized inventory procedures, and authorization steps for internal transfers to reduce manual handling. According to the implementation report, the Cleverence Asset Management deployment reduced time and labour for office asset counts and produced measurable speed and accuracy improvements in fixed asset inventories.
