In 2019 Tvarana implemented ADP Payroll in a targeted Payroll deployment to formalize US payroll processing and extend payroll governance across its multinational HR footprint. The implementation was driven from the Global HR Manager function and aligned with broader HR automation efforts initiated that year.
ADP Payroll was configured to handle core payroll runs and benefits administration alongside supporting components such as the Employee Self Service Portal, online leave management, and performance management workflows. The deployment included configuration of UK payroll with benefits and US retirement and compliance programs such as 401 K, group health and workers compensation insurance, and a student loan assistance program.
Technically the ADP Payroll implementation was integrated with the companys Netsuite ERP based HR automation layer for payroll updates and employee data synchronization, enabling payroll event feeds into existing HR records and the Employee Portal. Operational coverage included HR and payroll operations across India and the US, with program elements extended to the UK and support for the establishment of an Australia office.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, including review and redesign of HR policies for US and India, publication of the US Employee Handbook, streamlining of US HR operations, and rollout of the Employee Portal and HR newsletter. The program also embedded competency framework and target setting exercises, and supported recurring employee engagement activities and recognition programs tied to the new payroll and HR service workflows.
