The implementation prioritized hardware placement across entry points and centralized event collection to standardize clock in and clock out processes. The TimeTec FingerTec Q2i hardware was paired with Ingress access control software to provide integrated time and access workflows, combining biometric verification, local device enrollment, and centralized attendance event logging. Configuration workstreams targeted attendance rule sets, shift schedule capture, and access zone mapping so that HR time attendance records aligned with physical site security controls. Telecomputer Ghana executed the implementation and managed device provisioning, on-site user enrollment, and initial governance handover for the Bobo-Dioulasso rollout. The deployment automated attendance tracking and strengthened site security while improving data accuracy for HR, with the TimeTec FingerTec Q2i and Ingress combination becoming central to daily operational workflows and site access governance.
