In 2022, Twice As Nice Belgium deployed the Tilroy POS System as its central Point Of Sale solution across approximately 60 stores in Belgium and the Netherlands. The implementation consolidated frontline retail technology into a single platform to support international expansion and to enable real time integrations with accounting and marketing systems.
The Tilroy POS System was configured to handle point of sale transactions, inventory management and the ecommerce storefront, unifying stock control and checkout workflows. Standardized configuration of pricing, promotions and inventory synchronization was applied to ensure consistent store operations and ecommerce order fulfillment.
Integrations were implemented for real time accounting posting to Exact and for data exchange with marketing and customer data platform tooling, enabling finance and marketing teams to consume transaction and customer signals. The solution architecture emphasized bidirectional inventory and order synchronization between stores and the webshop to maintain operational visibility for store operations and supply planning.
Rollout focused on centralized configuration and operational governance, with changes to store level checkout and inventory processes and new handoffs to finance and marketing teams for reporting and campaign activation. The implementation supported Twice As Nice Belgiums international expansion objectives while providing a unified Point Of Sale foundation for ongoing ecommerce and finance integrations.
