The 3veta implementation delivered Appointment Scheduling, Booking Pages, Video Calls and Payments modules to add appointment scheduling, branded booking pages, in browser video calls and payment processing to marketplace workflows in the United States.

Functional capabilities implemented include centralized appointment scheduling and calendar orchestration, configurable booking page templates for agency branding, real time browser-based video calls, and payments processing tied to booking flows.
Integration scope was limited to Twiz's agency marketplace in the United States and focused on marketplace user experience, seller onboarding and customer retention and customer lifetime value objectives. The vendor's PaaS page explicitly names Twiz as an example customer and lists the Appointment Scheduling, Booking Pages, Video Calls and Payments modules; exact project start and live dates are not published so the year is an estimate.
