In 2009, UEI College implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application to consolidate institutional accounting and core finance functions. The deployment served the college finance organization and departmental accounting for an 800-employee institution generating $200,000,000 in revenue, positioning Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as the central repository for transactional finance data.
The implementation emphasized core financial modules common to ERP Financial systems, including general ledger configuration, accounts payable automation, accounts receivable billing, fixed asset tracking, and standardized financial reporting. Configuration work included chart of accounts standardization across departments, period close workflows, and role based access controls to enforce segregation of duties and audit trails within Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise.
Architecturally the solution was centralized to support institution wide transaction processing and consolidated reporting, aligning departmental bookkeeping into a single financial system. Data consolidation and consistent record structures enabled institution level financial statements and operational accounting, consistent with ERP Financial functional expectations.
Governance centered on formalizing month end close procedures, instituting approval workflows and configuring user roles to reflect campus budgeting and spend controls. The program focused on operationalizing financial controls and auditability inside Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise while aligning finance processes across centralized and departmental teams.

Operational ownership is concentrated in the central digital marketing and admissions teams for form creation, field schema governance, and change control, and form records are managed and exported through the Wufoo Forms administration interface for downstream processing.
