In 2018, Unigestion implemented Unit4 Dream as its core ERP Financial application. Acting as project manager and business consultant reporting to the CFO, the engagement managed the Unit4 Dream program and established executive governance and stakeholder reporting for finance and accounting teams.
The Unit4 Dream deployment focused on core ERP Financial capabilities, including general ledger configuration, accounts payable and receivable processing, fixed asset accounting, and consolidated financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts design, multi-entity accounting flows, and automation of transactional posting consistent with standard ERP Financial workflows.
The implementation defined and delivered key interfaces with SAP Concur and the operational platform Simcorp, mapping expense and operational data into Unit4 Dream ledgers and subledger structures. Interface scope included data transformation rules, scheduled exchange mechanisms and reconciliation points to ensure transactional integrity between SAP Concur, Simcorp and Unit4 Dream.
Project governance was structured under the CFO with a combined project manager and business consultant role driving requirements, process redesign, and cross-functional cutover coordination. The program included stakeholder signoff stages, configuration review cycles and integration validation steps to align finance, accounting and operations with Unit4 Dream.
