In 2017 Unionen's Rådgivning implemented Brilliant Employee to measure member and employee experience in Sweden, and the deployment went live the same year. Brilliant Employee was adopted as an Employee Experience application to centralize feedback collection and close a prior gap in insight into member perceptions for the union's HR and member services functions.
The implementation concentrated on member and employee surveys, recurring survey campaign configuration, and dashboarded benchmarking capabilities that surfaced comparative data for service teams. Operational coverage was the Unionens Rådgivning unit within Unionen, with workflows oriented toward HR and member services for ongoing experience measurement and reporting. Governance changes accompanied the rollout to provide structured review processes and broader access to benchmarking data, and Unionen reports improved governance and access to benchmarking as outcomes of the Brilliant Employee implementation.
