Configuration work emphasized leave type rules, award interpretation logic, and validation of time capture to align with Australian employment rules. The solution was integrated into an integrated Salesforce platform ecosystem that includes Lumary for client management, Salesforce for CRM and marketing, Skedulo for rostering and scheduling, and Noggin for risk and workplace health and safety and incident management. Integrations concentrated on payroll interfaces, rostering to time capture handoffs, and a unified employee profile to enable self service and consistent records across systems. Governance and delivery were managed under the IT Business Partner with a Business Systems Analyst embedded in the project team to coordinate internal stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments. The CUBS project was positioned to have a transformational impact on the majority of staff, and the implementation approach combined configuration, stakeholder workshops and a phased rollout across administrative and rostering functions.
