Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the financial control point in these workflows, supporting automated posting of payroll entries and reconciliation activities within the ERP Financial framework. Documentation of these processes is evident from payroll role responsibilities covering system handling, calculations, and reporting during the 2017 to 2018 payroll operations period.

Governance and delivery were managed under the IT Business Partner with a Business Systems Analyst embedded in the project team to coordinate internal stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments. The CUBS project was positioned to have a transformational impact on the majority of staff, and the implementation approach combined configuration, stakeholder workshops and a phased rollout across administrative and rostering functions.
