In 2015, Unisson Disability implemented Sage People Attendance and Leave Management. Sage People Attendance and Leave Management was deployed as part of the Core Unisson Business System Project to deliver Absence and Leave Management,Time and Attendance capabilities supporting workforce administration.
The implementation focused on core leave and time capture modules, employee self service for time entry and leave requests, and award interpretation tied to payroll processing. Configuration work emphasized leave type rules, award interpretation logic, and validation of time capture to align with Australian employment rules.
The solution was integrated into an integrated Salesforce platform ecosystem that includes Lumary for client management, Salesforce for CRM and marketing, Skedulo for rostering and scheduling, and Noggin for risk and workplace health and safety and incident management. Integrations concentrated on payroll interfaces, rostering to time capture handoffs, and a unified employee profile to enable self service and consistent records across systems.
Governance and delivery were managed under the IT Business Partner with a Business Systems Analyst embedded in the project team to coordinate internal stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments. The CUBS project was positioned to have a transformational impact on the majority of staff, and the implementation approach combined configuration, stakeholder workshops and a phased rollout across administrative and rostering functions.

Integration architecture was organized on the Salesforce platform, with Lumary CM interfacing to scheduling, payroll and risk systems to support end to end workforce and client service processes. The deployment targeted multiple departments and was described as impacting the majority of staff, requiring coordinated data flows for rostering, payroll and incident management across service delivery and HR functions.
Governance and rollout were delivered through the CUBS program structure, with a Business Systems Analyst position reporting to the IT Business Partner to support stakeholder engagement, requirements capture, configuration and post go live support. Project delivery emphasized system configuration, process redesign for care and workforce administration, and staged operational handover, reflecting the organisation wide scope of the Healthcare ERP deployment.
