Payroll processing was executed end to end for approximately 700 employees, including workers compensation and fringe benefit tax calculations, and year end PAYG processing. Operational processing integrated three systems explicitly, with HR3 and ProSIMS used alongside Oracle NetSuite ERP to process payroll inputs and to feed accounting entries into NetSuite for reconciliation.
Governance and operational coverage centered on finance, payroll, and HR workflows, with payroll officers responsible for preparing monthly reports, performing reconciliations for all payroll accounts, and executing year end reporting and PAYG obligations. Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the financial control point in these workflows, supporting automated posting of payroll entries and reconciliation activities within the ERP Financial framework. Documentation of these processes is evident from payroll role responsibilities covering system handling, calculations, and reporting during the 2017 to 2018 payroll operations period.

Governance and delivery were managed under the IT Business Partner with a Business Systems Analyst embedded in the project team to coordinate internal stakeholders and vendors across multiple departments.
