Operational scope centered on corporate finance, treasury and shared services, with governance established around a common chart of accounts, master data stewardship and role based access controls to enforce segregation of duties. The rollout emphasized process harmonization for month end close and procure to pay workflows, and integration patterns were designed to support downstream financial consolidation and planning when coupled with the concurrent Oracle EPM modules.
