Oracle Microsoft Dynamics GP Oracle Cloud ERP ERP Financial ERP ACSE Solutions 2020 2021
In 2020, United Chemicals Company implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate finance, inventory, and supply chain functions across the Saeed Radad Group. The program moved the company from multiple on-premises systems, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, to a cloud native SaaS architecture, aligning UCC with the parent company SRG’s earlier Oracle Cloud commitments. The deployment encompassed Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP together with Oracle Cloud SCM and Oracle Cloud HCM, and included Oracle Payroll, order management, inventory management, and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Collaboration capabilities. Implementation leveraged Oracle built in best practices and high configurability to standardize chart of accounts, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, and HR and payroll processes, enabling faster configuration and a go live pace reported as three times quicker than typical on premises projects. ACSE Solutions served as the system integrator for the program, consolidating multiple disparate systems into the Oracle Cloud stack and enabling near real time visibility across procurement, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment. The solution extended across UCC operations in Saudi Arabia and in markets spanning more than ten countries, improving supplier collaboration, enabling tracking of raw materials and finished goods from dispatch to delivery, and centralizing KPI measurement and operational reporting for supply chain and finance teams. Governance and process changes focused on standardizing business systems across the enterprise and shifting finance and HR teams from manual reconciliation to data driven workflows. Reported outcomes include a 50 percent reduction in order cycle time, order processing and demand planning cost reductions by as much as 70 percent, time to hire reduced by more than 50 percent, manager time on requests reduced by almost 90 percent, dramatic reductions in payroll processing time and improved payroll accuracy, and a reversal of finance team effort from 70 to 80 percent investigative work to majority action on insights, all achieved after the Oracle Cloud ERP deployment.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR HCM ACSE Solutions 2020 2021
In 2020, United Chemicals Company implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as part of a coordinated move to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM, aligning HR systems with a cloud native SaaS architecture. ACSE Solutions led the implementation for UCC, embedding Oracle Cloud HCM within a standardized, configurable cloud landscape that SRG had committed to, to reduce on-premises complexity and outsource security and maintenance. The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment covered Core HR capabilities including payroll processing, recruiting and talent acquisition workflows, employee self-service, and comprehensive HR reporting and dashboards. Oracle Payroll was implemented to simplify payroll complexity and automate calculations, and recruiting/talent workflows were configured to reduce time to hire by more than 50 percent, while employee self-service redesign reduced manager time spent on requests by almost 90 percent. Technically the HCM rollout was integrated with the broader Oracle Fusion Cloud suite, aligning HR data flows with Cloud ERP and Cloud SCM modules to eliminate prior spreadsheet-based transfers between multiple legacy systems, including Microsoft Great Plains ERP. The implementation extended across UCC operations supporting HR, finance, and supply chain teams that manage sales and distribution in Saudi Arabia and more than 10 export markets, improving real time visibility into workforce and cost data. Governance and process changes emphasized standardization and built-in Oracle best practices, enabling a faster deployment cycle that went live three times faster than comparable on-premises ERP projects. Management gained instant visibility through dashboards, payroll accuracy and processing time improved, and the company positioned Core HR on Oracle Cloud HCM as a foundation for further operational digitization and alignment with supply chain and finance systems.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, United Chemicals Company (UCC), part of Saeed Radad Group (SRG), implemented Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its primary Collaboration platform. The deployment is visible on the corporate website and aligns with UCC's Saudi Arabia operations and its employee base of approximately 2000 staff. Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) was provisioned to deliver core Collaboration capabilities, including Gmail for corporate email, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Drive for file storage, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for collaborative document creation and editing. The implementation also uses Google Meet for video conferencing and the Workspace Admin console for user and group management, reflecting standard Collaboration workflows for email, document co-editing, calendaring, and synchronous communication. The deployment follows a cloud-hosted SaaS architecture operated on Google-managed infrastructure, with domain-level provisioning tied to the srg.com.sa domain. Administration and access control are handled through the Workspace Admin console, enabling centralized account provisioning, group-based access, and administrative policy enforcement typical of enterprise Collaboration deployments. Operational governance centers on IT-managed user lifecycle, email and content retention controls, and administrative auditing available within Google Workspace. The environment supports corporate and operational teams across UCC, and public site artifacts indicate Workspace is integrated at the domain level for organizational identity and communication workflows.
