The system was used by program managers and grant administrators to collect partner data, produce consolidated reports, and support coordinated program management and funding workflows. United Way Of Central Iowa used Clear Impact Scorecard to track 67 education performance measures and to aggregate partner reporting, which contributed to a rise in the Des Moines four year high school graduation rate from 65.10% to 81.68 percent, a 25.5 percent increase.
