In 2018 Unitel Mongolia began deploying Knowesis Platform as its Customer Data Platform to support telecommunications marketing and customer experience use cases within the company’s commercial organization. The engagement positioned the Knowesis Platform as a centralized environment for customer profile enrichment, segmentation, and campaign execution for Unitel’s marketing operations in Mongolia.
Knowesis Sift was upgraded as part of the Knowesis Platform implementation to provide real-time customer scoring, campaign orchestration, and accelerated go-to-market capabilities.
