Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to establish a centralized vendor master and to standardize invoice processing workflows and accounting reclassification controls, aligning core financial workflows with ERP Financial capabilities. Configuration work explicitly included vendor onboarding and cleanup, banking confirmation routines to validate payables accounts, invoice capture and approval flows, and the reclassification of transactions to appropriate general ledger accounts.
Operational coverage focused on the Finance and Accounts Payable teams across the conversion window, with cutover activities sequenced to preserve invoice processing continuity and support banking confirmations. Governance emphasized project-based sequencing, data validation and reconciliation steps during migration, and operational handoff to finance stakeholders to sustain Oracle NetSuite ERP driven accounts payable processing.

Operationally the deployment is integrated with Unitys careers site to publish openings and capture applicant data into Greenhouse ATS. Governance is organized around talent acquisition ownership, standardized interview scorecards, and hiring workflow governance to maintain consistent recruiter and hiring manager processes across recruiting teams.

In 2017, Unity implemented Zuora Revenue as part of its Revenue Cycle Management program. The Business Systems Team engaged a dedicated Zuora Business Analyst and Administrator to configure and operate the Zuora platform while partnering closely with IT and Finance stakeholders on Billing and Revenue Management.
Zuora Revenue implementation centered on billing and revenue recognition capabilities to support Quote to Cash and Record to Report workflows. Configurations included billing document templates, subscription billing rules, revenue recognition policy mapping and platform administration tasks such as backlog management, feature request tracking, and daily and weekly stand up meetings. The Zuora Revenue administrator role covered customization, operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of documentation for system configuration.
The deployment required close collaboration with Salesforce, Netsuite, and Workday teams to ensure end to end Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition flows and to align billing document templates with upstream and downstream systems. The Business Analyst worked with these application teams to document business requirements, identify system needs, and define transactional handoffs across CRM, ERP and HCM touchpoints. Operational coverage included the Sales and Finance organizations and coordination across Unity offices globally.
Governance emphasized qualifying, prioritizing, and executing requests from Sales and Finance while establishing key controls and publishing processes and procedures for change management within Zuora Revenue. Project planning and execution responsibilities included writing detailed specifications of user requirements, managing backlogs to maintain project momentum, and communicating with senior business leaders to drive alignment among divergent stakeholders. The role required maintaining a solid understanding of Unity system architecture, business practices, and process workflows.
