Uplight integrated Pingboard with its HRIS as part of the 2019 rollout to synchronize headcount, job titles and location attributes, creating a canonical staff directory fed by HR data. Operational coverage included HR, recruiting and people operations across multiple offices in the United States, Canada and India, providing cross-site visibility for workforce planning and recruiting allocation.
