Configuration emphasized workflow orchestration and role based approvals to enable remote access to digitized records and to replace paper based handoffs with electronic approval queues.
Datamatics TruCap was delivered alongside OpenText for repository and content services, and payments were integrated into the client ERP to enable transaction processing from multiple sites. The solution processed and digitized payments for over 20,000 transactions, establishing an end to end flow from document capture through ERP posting across various locations.
Governance and operational scope covered enterprise document management and treasury related payment workflows, with approvers distributed across different states and employees granted remote access to records. The deployment created a paperless office capability, increased transparency across locations, and improved agility in decision making as stated by the client.
