| Aareon | Legacy | Aareon Prem Habitat ERP | Real Estate Property Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019 Val d'Oise Habitat deployed Aareon Prem Habitat ERP as its Real Estate Property Management system to support housing operations across its business units. The implementation was positioned to strengthen ERP usage, collaborative work, and dematerialization while aligning IT operations with organizational projects and regulatory purchasing rules. Aareon Prem Habitat ERP was configured to deliver core Real Estate Property Management capabilities typical for social housing operations, including tenancy management, rent billing and accounting, maintenance operations, and operational reporting. Configuration work emphasized integration-ready data models and workflows to support collaborative processes and document dematerialization, and the system was instrumented for BI reporting using QlikSense. The technical deployment placed Aareon Prem Habitat ERP on virtualized infrastructure hosted in an ISO 27001 certified data center, leveraging VMware and Remote Desktop Services and operating against an Oracle data tier. Integrations and adjacent platforms explicitly in the environment include outsourced Microsoft 365 messaging and organization-wide Microsoft Teams, Salvia SPO for management of real estate operations, Jalios for intranet services, QlikSense for analytics, and virtualized landline telephony. A disaster recovery and cyber resilience posture was established as part of the infrastructure stabilization efforts. Governance and operationalization were driven by the CIO office which defined budget and public procurement compliant purchasing, and managed a nine person IT management team. The program ran alongside corporate consolidation activities including the merger with Val Parisis Habitat and delivered discrete successes that were recorded by the organization, including the server migration to an ISO 27001 data center, migration of messaging to Microsoft 365, deployment of Teams to all employees, BI tooling rollout, Salvia SPO deployment for operational management, purchasing rationalization, intranet deployment, and telephony virtualization. |
