In 2023 Vapi deployed Cognito Marco for eCommerce to power the Moje lékárna pharmacy network in the Czech Republic. The implementation provided a public storefront and pharmacy ordering flows handling a catalogue of more than 10,000 items, with explicit support for eRecept pickup workflows tied to store collection.
The solution was built on Cognito Marco 3.0, configured with core eCommerce capabilities such as catalog management, product information management, order and cart processing, and prescription aware checkout and pickup orchestration. ERP and IS integration points were implemented to synchronize inventory, pricing and order status and to enable pharmacy specific fulfillment logic consistent with retail pharmacy operations.
Integrations explicitly include the pharmacy information systems Algis and Lekis, with interfaces to transmit eRecept pickup events and order confirmations into store systems. Operational coverage targets the Moje lékárna retail pharmacy network across the Czech Republic, with centralized platform governance aligning eCommerce product management and pharmacy operations to manage catalogue updates, prescription compliance and store pickup workflows.
