Governance and workflows were organized around daily controls and research processes, with accounting teams responsible for processing adjustments and refunds and for responding to accounting questions from customers and sales reps. The Rollforward and Invoice Checkpoints Reports were used as operational control artifacts to reconcile cash, sales and adjustments within the ERP Financial system.
