The deployment was scoped as an HR and people program focused on listening to drivers, running offboarding surveys and measuring training effectiveness across regions. The project used Likeik Employee Experience modules including surveys, pulse checks and offboarding analytics, configured to schedule recurring pulses, trigger offboarding surveys and aggregate training effectiveness responses into role and regional views. Dashboards and automated offboarding analytics were delivered to surface root causes of turnover and to support targeted retention actions. Operational coverage centered on HR and operations teams in Spain, with rollout targeted at driver cohorts across regions to align engagement, exit and training feedback in a single Employee Experience workflow. Governance incorporated survey cadence and analytics review to inform retention interventions, and the implementation surfaced root causes of turnover and supported retention actions as described in the case study.
