In 2013, Venafi upgraded to Oracle NetSuite ERP by implementing the NetSuite OneWorld global business management platform. The deployment replaced Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise and targeted ERP Financial capabilities to centralize accounting, reporting and multi currency transaction management across the company and its subsidiaries.
The implementation configured core ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, global consolidation and multi currency accounting. NetSuite OneWorld was used to enable intercompany accounting and consolidated financial reporting, with explicit support for transactions in Euro, British pound and Australian dollar to handle cross border operations.
Operational coverage extended to Venafi finance and accounting teams supporting subsidiaries in the U.K. and Finland, while maintaining the corporate finance function in the United States. The deployment was oriented around a global chart of accounts and centralized financial controls to improve visibility into subscription revenue and customer billing for a fast growing professional services software company.
Governance changes included standardizing period close processes and consolidations on the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform, replacing disparate QuickBooks instances with a single global financial system. The move delivered dramatically better visibility and control over Venafis fast growing business, and supported the company as it grew to serve more than 250 companies in over 10 countries, including major U.S. banks, health insurers and retailers.

In 2016, Venafi implemented LiveChat on its public website. LiveChat is a Chatbots and Conversational AI application deployed to enable real-time messaging, visitor engagement and chat-driven support across web channels.
The implementation configured a web chat widget, agent console, canned responses, chat transcripts and visitor session tracking to support customer support and lead capture workflows.
