Operational coverage extended to Venafi finance and accounting teams supporting subsidiaries in the U.K. and Finland, while maintaining the corporate finance function in the United States. The deployment was oriented around a global chart of accounts and centralized financial controls to improve visibility into subscription revenue and customer billing for a fast growing professional services software company. Governance changes included standardizing period close processes and consolidations on the Oracle NetSuite ERP platform, replacing disparate QuickBooks instances with a single global financial system. The move delivered dramatically better visibility and control over Venafis fast growing business, and supported the company as it grew to serve more than 250 companies in over 10 countries, including major U.S. banks, health insurers and retailers.
