In 2008 Verifact implemented MYOB Greentree as its ERP Financial core to consolidate finance and payroll processing across the organisation. The deployment targeted the Finance Department and administrative payroll operations, establishing MYOB Greentree as the system of record for invoicing, intercompany transactions, reconciliations and payroll management for roughly 450 staff across four divisions.
Configuration emphasized standard ERP Financial functional modules, including accounts receivable to handle invoicing, accounts payable for supplier payments and employee reimbursement processing, purchasing to manage purchase orders across six MYOB units, general ledger for month end close and intercompany accounting, and payroll to process investigator wages, director distributions and statutory deductions. Bank file management and payment automation capabilities were configured to produce ABA files and execute BPAY payments, aligning transaction formats with institutional banking requirements.
The implementation integrated MYOB Greentree with operational tooling explicitly used by Verifact, including Commbiz for electronic payments and BPAY, Preceda for reporting workflows, Manstat and Emplive for workforce and time capture, and Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word for document and communication workflows. Operational scope covered accounts payable workflows such as payment of employee credit cards, petty cash management by department, payment of union fees and child support, and creation of ABA files for bank submission, reflecting end to end finance to payroll transaction flows.
Governance and process controls were articulated around end of month reporting and reconciliation deadlines, confidential administration procedures for payroll and distributions, and structured workflows for intercompany settlements and purchase order approvals. The rollout consolidated multiunit transactional processing into the MYOB Greentree environment and formalised finance and payroll procedures without attribution to any prior system.

In 2020 Verifact implemented Staffd Employee Onboarding to centralize HR onboarding and training intake for its Training and Placement function. The Staffd Employee Onboarding deployment was positioned in the Onboarding category to align candidate intake, training scheduling, and administrative workflows with the companys HR and training operations.
The deployment configured core onboarding workflows typical of the Onboarding category, including candidate data entry, onboarding and offboarding checklists, compliance document capture and verification, task assignment and automated reminders, uniform provisioning tracking, and routing of payroll related queries. Staffd Employee Onboarding was used to codify standard operating procedures for onboarding tasks and to instrument handoffs between training coordinators and HR administrators.
Operational coverage focused on the Training and Placement Administrator role and the training department, supporting liaison with external clients such as construction companies, councils, job service providers, venues, traffic control companies, TMR and the Department of Education. The Staffd deployment operated alongside systems the team used for scheduling and CRM tasks, notably Traffio and Zoho, and supported day to day HR administration across Verifacts Australian operations.
Governance changes included consolidation of multiple inboxes into centralized onboarding workflows, formalizing onboarding and offboarding process steps, and training administrators to manage Staffd Employee Onboarding as the primary onboarding tool. The implementation emphasized operational ownership by the training and HR teams and standardization of intake and placement processes.
