In 2020 Versace deployed Cisco Webex Meetings on its website as a web-embedded conferencing capability. Cisco Webex Meetings serves as the Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to enable browser-based scheduled and ad hoc meeting flows directly from the Versace web presence, supporting customer engagement and internal collaboration scenarios. In addition to the visible site integration, the Cisco Webex Meetings implementation emphasizes browser join, meeting scheduling, screen sharing, and recording modules common to Audio Video and Web Conferencing platforms. Configuration and governance center on access controls, external attendee management, and meeting moderation policies to align conferencing behavior with retail customer engagement and brand guidelines, with deployment scoped to the web-facing interaction layer rather than back-office system replacements.
