The deployment focused on ERP Financial capabilities to support billable time capture, month-end client invoicing, and commercial contracts administration across the company’s professional services operations.
The implementation centered on Oracle NetSuite ERP core financials and project-related billing configuration, with explicit administration and enhancement of NetSuite SRP to enforce billable time workflows and month-end invoicing processes. The deployment leveraged system configuration to align resource planning and client invoicing workflows with existing programme delivery practices, keeping financial and project data consolidated inside Oracle NetSuite ERP.
Governance and rollout followed Vertice’s PMO approaches, with programme and project delivery oversight informed by Waterfall, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. System administration and ongoing enhancements were managed internally by the IT Programme and Operations function to maintain invoicing cadence and to support continuous improvement of billing and project financial controls.
