In 2014, Verus Petroleum implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial system to centralize asset accounting and enterprise financial planning across the company. Governance and workflow redesign accompanied the Infor SunSystems implementation, with the Asset Accountant role anchored to new system-driven processes for AFE coordination and adherence to delegation of authority.
