| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009, ViaSat implemented FIS GETPAID as part of an AR Automation initiative to unify billing flows between Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The implementation focused on creating an interface to load Prime Vendors as Customers and to surface AP credit activity into AR workflows, enabling automated invoice creation and reconciliation within FIS GETPAID.
Configuration work extended the customer master to accept vendor records as billable customers, and the FIS GETPAID deployment included automated matching logic to pair Vendor Invoices with Credit Memos originating in AP. Invoice generation and billing orchestration were configured to produce customer-facing invoices to vendors in AR, reflecting matched credit memos and reducing duplicate or unnecessary vendor payments in AP.
Integrations centered on a custom interface that populated Prime Vendors into the AR customer registry and transmitted generated customer invoices into FIS GETPAID for downstream processing. Operational scope bridged the AP and AR functions, creating a cross-functional data flow between payables credit memo records and receivables invoice processing in the AR Automation environment.
Governance and workflow changes introduced a reconciliation loop between AP and AR, requiring coordinated validation of vendor-to-customer mappings and matched credit memo events before invoice posting. The implementation established a structured handoff for exceptions and reconciliation, aligning AR Automation processes with AP controls and system-driven matching in FIS GETPAID.

| Avature | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | Avature ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Viasat implemented Avature ATS, replacing Infinite BrassRing, to centralize university and campus recruiting workflows and improve candidate experience at events and on campus. The deployment targeted Viasat University Relations and campus recruiting teams, extending across onsite event check-in, interview scheduling, and application intake to support a growing intern and early talent program that had been expanding approximately 20% year on year over the prior four years.
The implementation leveraged Avature ATS alongside Avature CRM and Events Solution modules to create a unified Applicant Tracking System and campus recruiting platform. Key configured capabilities included a campus recruiter portal for self check-in and on‑the‑fly attendee registration, a centralized feedback portal to collate interviewer evaluations, a Calendar feature that exposed real time interview slots to avoid double bookings, and SMS campaign functionality to drive candidate engagement prior to interviews.
Integrations were internal to the Avature suite, unifying candidate records so that application forms were pre populated from CRM profiles and interview availability flowed through the Calendar feature to candidates and recruiters. Operational coverage emphasized recruiter-facing event management and interview scheduling workflows, and candidate-facing touch points from initial outreach through application submission and interview confirmations.
Governance and process restructuring focused on reducing manual post event administrative work and standardizing feedback collection across interviewers, enabling recruiters to prioritize strategic sourcing activities. Explicit outcomes cited include reduced queue times at events, improved visibility of candidates across campus and recruiting teams, streamlined scheduling and confirmations, enhanced candidate engagement via SMS, and faster identification of top candidates through centralized feedback, all driven by the Avature ATS Applicant Tracking System implementation.

| Comarch | Legacy | Comarch Field Service Management | Field Service Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 ViaSat implemented Comarch Field Service Management to automate work-order, resource and fulfillment-partner management across the United States. The deployment used Comarch Field Service Management in the Field Service Management category to centralize scheduling, dispatch and fulfillment workflows supporting field operations and technician activity.
The implementation explicitly configured the Dispatcher Dashboard, Technician Access, Automated Scheduling and Fulfillment Partner Management modules. Dispatcher Dashboard provided centralized scheduling and operational reporting, Technician Access enabled mobile work-order execution and status updates, Automated Scheduling handled rule-based assignment and work-order sequencing, and Fulfillment Partner Management coordinated external partner tasks and parts fulfillment.
Operational scope covered United States field operations and workforce management, with the system instrumenting day-to-day dispatch, resource allocation and partner coordination processes. Governance changes focused on automating manual scheduling handoffs and standardizing reporting flows, and the case study reports improved scheduling, improved reporting and increased daily work-order throughput as primary outcomes.
